01Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. No explanation is required. This applies to all subscription plans.
02Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. Atlas Guard does not store or handle credit card data directly.
03Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future charges. Service remains active through the current billing period. All services are digital SaaS only; no physical goods are involved.
04Service Scope
Subscriptions provide access to Atlas Guard software platform features and usage rights only. Refunds are for platform access charges. Atlas Guard does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or deliverables. Atlas Guard is a read-only, software-only SaaS provider and is not a financial institution, payment processor, money transmitter, or intermediary of any kind. Atlas Guard does not execute transactions, move funds, or interact with customer infrastructure. All payments are processed exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
